Okie CrossFit was founded by Jake Crandall in 2012. At Okie CrossFit we take fitness very seriously and have a lot of fun in doing so. We train everyone from soccer moms, to endurance racers, to high-level elite CrossFitters. Our main focus is on function and human performance. We view intensity and intelligent programming as the key components of our fitness program. Our training is based on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
For us, feeding the body the proper balance of food is critical for performance. We help our members pursue elite fitness and develop to their maximal potential. We strive to challenge our members to improve their quality of life and enhance their fitness levels through the pursuit of health and wellness.
